He was so detail oriented and he was always willing to answer all questions and conduct several scenarios to find the best mortgage tailored for us. As a first time home buyer, Dustin made the process so much less stressful than it could have been, and was willing to answer my questions and talk over the phone at any time of the day no matter what. The back office team was also very kind, helpful, and communicative as well.
